General Terms and Conditions

Due to the nature of some of our the products we provide, we do not except live material back. If, for what ever reason, you are unhappy with the product you have received, please do report the damage or loss immediately to us, and we will do our best to help. Though we accept no responsibility for subsequent loss after acceptance of delivery, nor will we be responsible for the replacement of any plants or seeds that fail due to any cause outside our control.  Any of our other products, if returned within 7 days in the original condition and package, a full refund will be given. 

Items that are in stock will be dispatched in 1-2 working days, other items please allow 5-10 working days.
